• 2 Years unit warranty wxcept for glass parts.
• 2 Years labor warranty (brought-in service).
• 1st 1,000 hours or 6 months for lamp warranty.

• Fax or email purchase order (P.O.) with your signature and attention to MR. RON ADALID.
• Strictly no P.O. no purchase policy.
• Cash on delivery (C.O.D.).
• Check payment accepted delivery after 3 banking days clearing.
• We don't offer terms and we dont accept credit cards.
• Same day delivery P.O. cut off time 11am.
• Next day delivery P.O. cut off time 4pm.
• For order basis or out of stock models and units delivery within 45-60 days upon P.O. confirmation. With 50% down payment (D.P.) of the total amount of the product purchase and 50% full payment upon delivery.
• For order basis or out of stock models and units no return no exchange policy.
• Free delivery within metro manila areas.
• For provincial purchase delivery and logistic fees will be shoulder by the client.
