Job Location: METRO MANILA 
Qualifications:

18-45 Years Old 
College Level / Degree Holder in Architecture / Interior Design
previous work experience in handling construction/fabrication projects is an advantage
Required Experience: 1 5 Years
creative and practical ability;
strong visual awareness;
an understanding of computer-aided design 
CAD and other technological advances IS A PLUS
self-motivated, self-disciplined and persistent;
flexibility and adaptability;
the ability to work to deadlines and always on call;
a desire to keep up to date with market trends and new ideas;
willing to do field work/site inspections/site monitoring
can handle laborers/workers
can oversee and understand work production accordingly
can estimate/project needed materials/labor for a project
can work with minimal supervision
detail oriented
responsible
good leadership skills
