Many firms give you a structural design that is overdesigned with minimal addition to safety. Some firms also may give you a design which is difficult to do in actual construction because of their limited experience in actual handling of construction work. They could have as much as 30 different beams and columns in their design for a 90 square meter house which makes it confusing in the actual implementation of the plan leading up to higher construction management costs.
