( preferably water /electricity/landline)

7) seafarer's medical certificate (optional)

CO - BORROWER

1) 3 pcs 2x2 id pictures

2) marriage contract

3) 2 valid ids

4) latest proof of billing ( if the borrower is not living with the borrower)

 

*must submit medical cert if above 45 y/old

*must submit visa if required by manning agency

*approval is based on accredited manning and qualified borrowers
