The Twin Houses

Accommodates up to 16 people, each unit is equipped with full kitchen, a lounge area, a dining room, and loft bedrooms. A veranda and sitting area are located between the twin houses for a gathering place.

The Pool Area

Dip into our kidney-shaped swimming pool to feel refreshed from a hot summer day. Our swimming pool is divided in two sections. The wider area is 3-5 feet deep and the smaller area is 6 feet deep.

The Pavillion

Ideal for an elegant sit-down gala dinner, benefit, awards ceremony, corporate seminars or for live entertainment, this stunning room features hardwood floors, huge windows and a built-in stage. Samland Villa's banquet hall is simply magnificent with its high ceiling and recessed lighting.
