Mechanics: ** EGC redeemable UPON BOOKING, which should be 30 days after reservation** 
1. Reservation check should be dated on the date of the event 12/16/12. 
2. Completely filled out Reservation Agreement. 
3. Completely filled out Installment Purchase Application (if applicable) 
4. Photocopy of 1 Government issued ID with 3 Specimen Signature (Must not be expired & with 6 Months validity) 
5. TIN Validation Form (BIR 1904) 
6. On the 3rd day after the Open house event, client MUST be able to submit Credit Investigation requirements. 

**(At least 2 of the following requirements below & at least 1 Major Requirement that is Highlighted): 

a. INCOME TAX RETURN (latest) 
b. 3 MONTHS LATEST BANK STATEMENT
c. Bank Certificate 
d. Certificate of Employment 
e. 3 Months Latest Pay Slip 
f. Any proof of income 

7. Upon release of Final Payment Schedule (4-7 days upon reservation), client MUST issue the complete POST DATED CHECKS (from the DP-MA-OC) 
NOTE: If after 30 days account has not been booked due to delayed of submission of the requirements from the client, EGC will be forfeited.
