Situation.
This is an apartment, a very quiet apartment with 3 Big Rooms (1 in Mezzanine and 2 in the 2nd floors.) ! CR and Bath is located sa ibaba at sa 2nd floor. It has already E-fans. You can also use the items written above.

The reason why we set the age limit is because for us to easily mingle, and make friends. Matagal na kaming magkakasama dito and turingan namin is like brothers/siblings lang kasi we are on same age bracket. We don't have curfew, but must ensure peacefull at tahimik yung lugar.

Ang kailangan namin is 2 BEDSPACER. So far 2 na yung currently na nasa kwarto and 2 pa hanap namin. Malaki yung room kaya kasya yung 2 double deck. andun din yun CR.
