There are Studio Rooms with Toilet & Bathroom inside and there are Regular Rooms (no own T&B).
Regular Rooms are those rooms with window, bed-frame, curtain, clothes rack and a fixed hanging cabinet. Plenty toilet and bathrooms (more than enough) are provided for these rooms wherein Females are separated from Males.

Mineral Water. There's a water refilling station nearby who picks-up and deliver your water container.
Laundry. The laundry shop nearby picks-up your dirty clothes and returns it to you folded at a cheap rate. 
Initial payment to move-in is just 2 months deposit & 1 month advance.
