We repair MANUAL Roll-up Doors. (Note: We DO NOT repair MOTORIZED Roll-ups and Polycarbonate Roll-ups)
Our roll-up repair for LABOR, TRUCKING and EQUIPMENT RENTAL IS:
Php3,000 for Quezon City, San Mateo and Montalban Rizal, Marikina
Php3,500 for other Metro Manila Area
In case a change of spring is needed - Php1,000/ Roll-up set
In case a change of Steel Angle Bar is needed - Php 500/ Roll-up set
Usually or 95% of the time, the spring or Steel Angle Bar can be repaired and aligned so no additional materials is needed.
1-day (4 to 8 hours per set) to repair if no materials are to be purchased.
6-months Warranty
Please check if you are somehow agreeable with our price. Our check-up and site visit is Php600.00 so it is best that when we check the site, we can start repair already. The Php600.00 for the site visit is non-consumable but if repair is done immediately, check up and site visit is for free.
For New Closed Roll-up / Roll up Door:
Roll-up Door (Standard Gauge 24 Galvalum/Anti-rust Material) - P1,900/sqm* (Minimum 5sqm)
*Area is calculated by multiplying width (of opening) x height (of opening) over the
roll-up door box. (Roll up door box is approximately 35.5cm or 14inches)
Roll-up Door (Standard Gauge 24 Galvalum/Anti-rust Material) - P9,500/set (less than 5sqm)
*Thicker gauges #20, #18 are available but at a higher price (Not recommended since it is heavy to lift)
