This black punch bag is made from "kusot" (tagalog term) which has been used in the manufacture of punch bags for centuries. This bag has a zip top design which allows you to change the filling as you require. The bag comes filled to our specified weights listed above. You also get a  free chain which allows the bag to twist and absorb your punches and kicks. The four reinforced heavy duty, double stitched and riveted D-shackles at the top of the bag to attach the chain gives a natural balance to the bag. When measured with the chain the size of the bag increases by another 12 inches.
