I programmed pet feeder using the control panel but it didn't work at all. - That's because the panel control isn't activated.Long-pres the ON/OFF button until a beep is heard and press it again until the"Remote control" indicator lights up red, signifying that the control panel is now activated and any following settings will be saved.
I programmed the feeder successfully but the food won't go into food tray? - Please make sure at least 1/3 of the food hopper be filled, or else insufficient or even no pet food may be dispensed as the food may not be rotated evenly enough.
