I am a real estate broker offering property management services.

Currently, I am managing several condominium units at One Pacific Place in Salcedo, Makati, Rockwell, Grand Soho Makati and One Archer's Place.

My clients and tenants' profile ranges from students from nearby schools, young professionals, senior business executives and expats.   Just today, 4.11.2013 I have just closed four (4) fully furnished one (1) bedroom units for one year lease contract for the accommodation of all currently signed-up expat/CEOs of a US company holding office in Ayala.  

I have more requirements now [with the school year fast approaching] than a number of units I have so I decided to post this advertisement.

Apart  from finding renters or buyers, you will need someone who will address your other property concerns such as payments of your annual realty tax and monthly utility bills, your renters' concerns, maintain your property, and the like.
