HOUSE RULES:

1.) All patrons must wear garterized / cycling shorts and light color shirt. Swimmers wearing jean shorts or any heavy colored cotton apparel (such as RED / MAROON / BLACK / VIOLET / PINK / DARK BLUE / BATIK ) will not be allowed. A Penalty of Php 2,000.00 to 5,000.00 will be imposed to those who violates.

2.) A responsible adult must accompany children / minors at all times. Parents/ guardians are solely responsible for their children / minors.

3.) Climbing trees or picking / stepping on plants and throwing of stones or any kind of objects in the pool is prohibited. We have a CCTV Camera in the pool area that in case anyone violates this policy we have proof to show for you will be charged a fine of P 1,000.00

4.) Electronic appliances brought in shall be subject to a corkage fee of P100.00 per unit. TERMS OF PAYMENT:

1. 50 % non refundable downpayment upon reservation. This amount will be deducted from the total cost availed.

2. 50 % balance in form of cash on the reservation date.

3. A Php 2,000 to 4,000 Refundable Cash Bond is also required and will be refunded after the reservation. All rates are VAT Exclusive Prices, amenities and general description of the rented areas are subject to change without prior notice
