The Bubog Islet appears like a huge aircraft carrier that can easily accommodate a twenty room mansion and a wide ground to ran around. The only difference theislet is dotted with green and lush foliage, colorful Bougainvilleas and Coconut Trees, instead of guns. The circumferential branches of the Talisay Trees serve as umbrellas for those who would enjoy trekking the edges of the Islet.

What is interesting about this Islet about 24 floating cottages can be set up lined in V-shape towards the eastern side, thus 60 couples (or honeymooners ) can be easily accommodated in the area, any given time.

THREE (3) ACCESS STAIRWAYS for boat landings were constructed on the three (3) points of the Islet East West and Southside.

There is an EXISTING CONCRETE BUILDING with 2 bedrooms. The ROOFTOP is flat and made of concrete and can be used as a HELIPAD or a place for sunbathing. 

POWER can be connected from mainland through MARINE CABLE. Likewise, WATER can be sourced through deep well from the mainland and connected by gravity to the Islet. A CONCRETE TANK can also be constructed for the collectionof rain water. The SEPTIC TANK can be constructed of CONCRETE material.
