When will the head break down?

At normal rate, if you seal once, twice or thrice a day, your investment can last you up to months. How many months? It really depends on your usage. The more time you seal the less the life of the head. The head is made up of metal element that when heat is applied, the head seals plastic film. The metal element is a special thin wire. This metal element is special because when compared to imitations, the fake one do not seal plastic correctly.

What kind of sealer do i need if i seal more than 10 plastic film a day?

You need a heavy duty sealer. They call it impulse sealer. Impulse sealer uses electricity to conduct heat. They are called heavy duty because the metal element is bigger/fatter compared to the handy sealer. Bigger metal element means longer life.
