Itineraries:

Day 01:  Meet at Phnom Penh International Airport, transfer to hotel & free for own leisure.

Day 02:  Breakfast at hotel, today free on our own leisure and accommodation at hotel.

Day 03:  Breakfast at hotel, free until time to be transfer to Phnom Penh International Airport.

Package Exclusions:

• International Air Ticket, Airport Taxes and Visa Free.
• Any kind of personal expenses or Optional tours/extra meals ordered by the guests.
• Anything that is not specifically mentioned in the INCLUSIONS is pax account.

• Land Arrangement ONLY.
• Check-In time is 2:00PM & Check-Out time is 12:00NN.
• All rates & space availability is subject to change without prior notice.
• Strictly No Cancellation or Amendments upon confirmation of booking.
• Under BOOK n’ BUY basis. Prior reservation is needed at least 20 working days prior to arrival.
• Rates quoted in US$ NETT. Dollar payment only.
• Any unutilized inclusions of package are NON-REFUNDABLE. No show on booked dates will render services forfeited.
• Not valid with any other promotions, peak season, holidays and long weekends.

Force Majeure: Some equipment, facilities and activities may be temporarily unavailable due to sea and weather conditions, renovations and repair. The Hotel will not be held responsible for failure to execute obligations specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence or war, change of statues of the Philippine Government, strikes, riots and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the Hotel.
