FAQ’S

     1. Can we ask for sample of your products? Yes, we can present our sample but upon presentation, we need to pull out immediately our samples in protection with our client who ordered from us. If you wish to borrow our samples, certain deposit will apply and refundable upon returning of sample items. Product presentation also vary depends on item request since we also manage cost and time.

     2. Do you have delivery charge? Order below P5,000 and provincial area applies certain charges.

     3. Can we request actual sample of our logo from our order?  Yes we will provide digital mock-up of your order during your inquiry but depends on the item. IF actual sample will be required, certain deposit will apply (depends on item) and is refundable upon confirmation of order.

    4. Do you have delivery charges? Order below P5,000 and provincial area applies certain charges.

    5. What is your minimum order: It depends on item. For personalized item, mostly 200 pcs, for printing items such a flyers, brochures 2,000 pcs while on digital- 100 pcs.

    6.  Do you accept resellers or traders? Yes but on printing services only. For customized giveaways, we prefer direct clients only.
