FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 1. Do your company deliver?

 

         Yes, we deliver but with minimum order worth P5,000 and up. For order below P5,000 additional charges may apply.

 2. Is price quoted vat inclusive?

          No, additional vat charge for all price quoted

  3. Do you do layout before ordering?

          We are sorry, but we do layout upon confirmation of order thru P.O. or deposit of payment

  4. Do you go to your client's office?

         Yes, but since we are located at Laguna and most of our clients are from ORtigas, Manila, Makati and other areas, we can visit your office on Wednesday or Friday only but depends on the order or item you wish us to bring. 

  5. Do your company do sample prior printing?

          Depends on the product, but all design to print has approval prior printing. Actual sample can be given once order has been confirmed thru P.O. or deposit of downpayment and depends on the product you wish us to sample. 

  6. Can we ask sample even witout P.O. or deposit and we will just place our order if sample has been approved?

         We can give our existing sample but not your company logo and sample charge may apply on other items like bag, tumbler, mugs.

  7. Are you welcome for traders? 

Yes, but we will request a soft copy of your business permit.
