Fund Optima Basic Settlement Options

Option 1

  • Lumpsum Availment of the Maturity Value

Option 2

  • Availment if Monthly Pension for a maximum of 180 months
  • After the pension period, payment of lumpsum equivalent to the full amount of the Maturity Value

Option 3

  • Half Lumpsum and Half Pension for 180 months
  • After the pension period, payment of lumpsum equivalent to ½ of the maturity value.

 

Fund Optima Advantage Settlement Options

Option 1

  • Lumpsum Availment of the Maturity Value
  • 100% of the contract price, 5 years after the lumpsum shall be awarded.

 Option 2

  • Availment of Monthly Pension for a maximum of 180 months
  • After the pension period, amount of the maturity value shall be paid in full
  • 100% of the contract price, 5 years after the lumpsum shall be awarded.

 Option 3

  • Half Lumpsum and Half Pension for 180 months
  • After the pension period, payment of lumpsum equivalent to ½ of the maturity value.
  • 100% of the contract price, 5 years after the lumpsum shall be awarded.

 

 

Insurance Benefits

 

Group Credit Life Insurance (GCLI)

 Shoulders the unpaid balance of the plan is the insurable planholder passes away during the paying period.

 

Waiver of Installment Premium Due to Total Disability (WIPTD) 

  • Shoulders the unpaid amortizations if the planholder becomes totally and permanently disabled for 6 continuous/successive months during the paying period; provided, that the said planholder is below 60 years of age.

 

Hospital Income Confinement Benefit (HICB)

  • The planholder will be entitled to daily income benefit upon confinement with minimum of 24 hours but not exceeding 30 days for each period of confinement during the paying period.

 

Level Term Insurance (LTI)

  • 100% of the Maturity Value shall be given to the beneficiary if the insurable planholder passes away during the paying or waiting period.

 

Accidental Death Benefit (ADB)

 

  • 100% of the Maturity Value shall be given to the beneficiary if the insurable planholder passes away due to an accident during the paying or waiting period; provided, that he/she is below 6 years of age.
