+ Official Employment OEC / E-receipt
+ POEA Info sheet
+ Flight Details / Plane Ticket
+ Marriage contract if married: Birth certificate if single
+ Contact Number/s / e-mail address

BENEFICIARY
+ Complete filled-up Application Form
+ 2 Valid IDs & 2x2 picture
+ Latest proof of Remittance (3 months latest)
+ Marriage Contract (if married); Birth Certificate (if single)
+ Latest Proof of Billing (Electric or Water Bill only)
+ Proof of Residency (any of the following is acceptable)
---- a. NBI/Police or Bgy. Clearance if the proof of billing is not under your name
---- b. Cable / Telephone / DSL under your name is acceptable
+ Contact number/s (land line or mobile)

Note: An immediate relative as Co-Borrower with own house and stable income is required if the Loan Applicant (OFW) is currently renting a house.
