- was issued a license by the Philippine Contractor's Accreditation Board (PCAB) on August 28, 1992 bearing a number of 15365 but its operation was started as early as 1986.

Our main activities are general engineering, general building, estimates, planning, design, specifications and project management. It is classified under Category "D" for the following type of projects.

• • Roads, highway, pavement, railways, airport horizontal structures and bridges;

• • Irrigation and Flood control;

• • Dam, reservoir and tunneling;

• • Ports, Harbor and offshore engineering;

• • Building and Industrial plant;

• • Sewerage and sewage treatment/disposal plant;

• • Water treatment plant and system;

• • Waterproofing work;

• • Painting work.

Our firm was started when friends and relatives were seeking services to supervise their projects be it repair or full construction activities.  With the quality experiences and connections that were gained, more projects were coming in.  It was also very timely that the construction business was as its peak.  To be able to venture into greater challenges and to provide legal stature for the business, a Contractor's License was secured.  In as much as the members of the staff were all qualified and could form a partnership for future endeavor.
