proof of income, proof of billing and proof of identification and follow the following conditions:

1.) Buyer must be present & interviewed on the same day of availing the promo.

2.) First monthly NEP must be paid on agreed due date or until 60days upon reservation. Failure to pay shall mean automatic cancellation of unit.

3.) Earnest money will not be entertained and is not entitled to avail the promo.

4.) Reservation through agent is not allowed.

5.) The other half of reservation will be added in equity.
