1. Have a Check Engine Light? - we can mount our diagnostic scanners and figure out what is causing it and if it is a minor glitch, we can immediately reset it. Have no errors/faults/Warning lights but your car is operating erratically? like an occassional misfire or unstable idling? We'll figure out what is causing that. We have multiple stages of car diagnosis starting from a full deep scan of your car's systems, component tests of suspected sensors/parts. Wiring tests to eliminate faulty wiring as a cause before you buy that expensive part. If all else fails to pinpoint what is wrong, we can mount our 4 channel digital oscilloscope - the electrocardiogram of cars - to see where the glitch is. We also do research if we get stumped or hit a dead end or maybe to be sure that what we're trying to fix is not covered by a technical service bulletin. We have computerized manuals like Alldata, Mitchell and Autodata.
2. Need a "Tune Up"? - try our tune up, it is the appropriate tune up of a computer controlled car. We check all your vehicle's sensors. We clean your MAF, throttle body and adjust some sensors and give you a hit list of under performing sensors. We hook up our ignition testers and analyzers to check if your vehicle is firing as it should be firing. An add-on service for the tune up is ultrasonic cleaning of your injectors. If we find your fuel pressure is normal but your engine is starving for fuel, it could be the injectors are clogged. We charge a little more if you want this done. It's kind of tedious to pull out the injectors. Changing your oil and sparkplug just dont count as a real tune up for today's computer managed engines.
3. Need a thorough Car Health Check? or buying a used car? - bring it over and we will test whatever can be tested on your car using our collection of diagnostic equipment and component testers. We will run a deep scan of your car, do data streaming to get live readings as your car's engine is running. We'll do component tests of your car sensors like MAF, Throttle position sensor, intake temp sensor, engine coolant temp sensors, crankshaft position sensors, speed sensors etc etc. We'll even test wiring using our wiring fault/open/short testers. We can also test fuel pressure, fuel flow, cylinder compression, cylinder leaks, vacuum, exhaust back pressure. We'll get readings of your car temperature using an infrared temperature test gun and compare it with your dashboard temp gauge (could be lying... u never know!) We can diagnose all sorts of ignition systems like distributor type, distributor-less and Coil on Plug systems. We'll provide you with a full report and recommendations after a thorough "health check" of your car. We won't tell you to replace an expensive sensor without being sure that it is really the part that has conked out.
4. Have a nasty engine problem? - have you been to the casa and to other car workshops that throw parts at your car's problems and let you take the costs of their diagnosis mistakes/errors? Try our diagnosis services. We do precise diagnostics and we do not guess. We let our diagnostic equipment and testers tell us what is happening. We use electronic car manuals and databases as references. We have 320gb of car data and manuals which we use as reference. We cannot know everything and what we do not know, we check in the manuals.
5. Having trouble with the remote keys or your car's immobilizer? - we can fix that too. We can make new transponder keys, program immobilizers with new keys, synchronize the immo with ECU. We can even make "surplus" computer boxes go in synch with your original car immobilizer/anti-theft system.
6. Do you want the perfect Air/Fuel Mixture setting for your motorcycle's carburetor? - Bring it over, we'll tune it using our Colortune system. We have a special sparkplug that lets us see inside the combustion chamber. We'll adjust your carburetor to get your burn color to the perfect light blue flame. We can do also health checks of your bike's ignition system.
