I regret to say I didnt use it regularly but I did see results! I would recommend buying a larger quantity if you have a big old deep scar like I do. If you have a new minor scar it will get rid of it Im sure

I have been using it on my husband's acne marks, and am very pleased with the result. My husband had some minor acne spots but they got worse because he had an unconscious habit of scratching them, which left him with dark red/brown, uneven marks. I was worried that the marks would be permanent, so I purchased this gel. I applied it twice a day on his marks, and they gradually turned light and now one of them is almost invisible. I have been using it for about 3 weeks.
The gel has some light scent which is not unpleasant. After application, the gel would turn into some white dry pieces--don't worry about them, just peel them off and there won't be any traces of gel on the face.

I have an accident prone husband. He wrecked his 4 wheeler and cut his face deeply. If u are considering trying this, I believe that you will not be disappointed. This gel is awesome. Use it as directed and your scar will all but disappear.

I have only had this product for approximently a week and I actually notice a lighteing of the two scars that I purchased it for. I am hoping to have total success with the scars being removed. Great buy, it is worth the money.

I had old scar from cardiac implant device and rope type scars from a reduction surgery. Mederma changed the rope scarring into a very light thin scar so far and I've only used the one tube. The old scar has been reduced in size and in feel. I'm pleasantly surprised. I'll buy again .

I have big skin grafts, and I stopped using it after 6 months, then began again a year later. And I saw almost immediate results when I began again. Even my boyfriend noticed. I have also been using it on a section of tattoo that I just got which scarred on a few lines. In a few months the raised skin came down and it doesn't bother me anymore. The stuff definitely works. Too bad its so expensive in stores. The gel is tough to get out of tube when it gets 1/2 full.

I had a c section and at the time the scar was a big deal for me, I didn't want one. The dr. suggested I try this and so I did. It worked wonders. I have a friend who had some surgery on his face and this worked great on his face as well- you can't see where the scar from the surgery. I have heard from others the cream works well. However, this worked just fine for me.
Well worth the money.

A few weeks ago, I cut my finger near the knuckle. I had to have stitches. After the stitches were removed, I was left with a huge, raised, and nasty scar that would not heal. I thought I would give the Maderma advanced a try. I have been using it for 5 days and I have to tell you that the scar is 100 percent better looking. Now, it is flat and much less red. I can't wait to see the results after I have used it for weeks as recommended. This stuff is great!

I bought this in my local drug store a few days ago, and I've only been using the product for 3 days. I can already see a difference in a 4 year old scar. Not much improvement (yet) in a couple of older scars, but I'm super impressed with the results I see so far.

I work in the health care field, and I routinely encounter patients with post-operative scar issues. I always recommend this product, mostly because of personal experience of using it. It is a thin, glue like texture that goes on clear and absorbs super fast. With rigorous daily use over time, scar decrease/diminishes significantly. I have an old scar on my belly (a little redish and has different texture) which I treated with lots of cosmetic surgery prosedures (you name it I did it) but it was still visible. I used another gel before (that was more itchy) and silicon plasters, then forgot about it for 2 years.
Then I decided to try this gel and it works. Very slowly - day by day, month by month - but it works. I used it for two months once a day then didn't use for a couple of weeks (forgot again) and I then once I saw myself in a mirrow and was like "where is my scar?". It was there but faded so much that I didn't mention it. Needless to say I'm back to this gel and eager to use it twice a day. For texture issues I'll try to combine with silicon plasters.

THis really does do what it promises. If I get a scar from a bad cut or burn and start using this after the wound has healed up, the discolorization and lumpiness that is left eventually disappears after I have used this product for awhile. It doesn't happen over night but you do eventually see the scar disappearing and then one day it is gone! I would recommend this product to anyone with scars because it will work on old or new scars.Great product!!
