Rental fee: P1,800.00 per month (inclusive of light and water) for rooms with electric fans and Php2,500.00 per month for air conditioned rooms.

It is located on the 3rd floor of a newly renovated building along Quirino Avenue, Paranaque
City. It is newly built with brand new furniture (beds, uratex foams, cabinets with locks, personal lockers, dining tables, and sofas) and appliances (electric fans, microwave oven, refrigerator and television). It occupies a total area of 140 square meters, covering the entire 3rd floor, with a separate door and stairway. 

For your internet requirements, we have an internet wifi coverage (Wi tribe) and we have a 24-hour CCTV. Also, we have a cable TV conveniently located in our dining area.

It is very near SM Mall of Asia, Baclaran, NAIA, and Pascor Drive. PUJs ply the main road 24 hours a day. Ideal for call center agents in SM MOA, Pascor Drive, for hotel employees in Pagcor Entertainment City (Solaire, Belle Grande)and for office workers in NAIA, Pagcor, and Duty Free. Highly recommended for those who will work in Pagcor Entertainment City as there is a short cut from the end of Macapagal Avenue going to Brgy. Don Galo. 
A laundryshop (Merry Go Wash Laundry) is conveniently located on the ground floor (offering 10% discount), and several eateries/restaurants operate near the building, most on 24 hour operations.

Terms and Conditions: 
a. 1 month advance and 1 month deposit
b. Minimum stay of at least 6 months stay and is renewable.
c. Cooking is allowed, an LPG gas stove is provided.
d. Heavy laundry is not allowed. A laundry shop is conveniently located on the ground floor to answer for your laundry needs. The bedspacers are given a 10% discount on the published Wash-Dry-Fold and Wash-Dry-Press services.
e. Any additional appliance will be charged accordingly based on the contract, such as electric hairdryers, electric flatiron, electric fans, television, dvd players.
