SIMPLE BUYING PROCEDURE

Visit the site and location. Call or Text us for your schedule of tripping. We have trippings daily.
If you are not in the Philippines, you may send your trusted representative.
If you like the location, choose the lot and block and request for a computation of that unit.
After reviewing the computation, the chosen unit must be reserved by paying the corresponding reservation fee.
During reservation, Bank or InHouse documents will be given for signature.
After reservation, wait for 30  days for the start of your first downpayment.
As you pay your first downpayment, bring and submit all the documents given during reservation.
It's time to open a checking account too. 
Once all documents are submitted, just wait for the house turn

1. (coec) certificate of employment w/ compensation  original notarized philippine embasy abroad

2.passport copy w/ 3 specimen signature after xerox copy (for ofw)

3.S.P.A ( special power of attorney) authenticated phil embassy abroad format will be given after reservation fee

4.payslip latest 3 months

5. bank statement (latest 6months)if not available bring remittance slip latest 3 months

6. valid id 2 pcs.company and goverment(S.P.A/Principal w/ specimen signature after xerox copy original sign )

7. picture 2x2 4 pcs colored not scan latest(both s.p.a. and pricipal buyer)

8. proof of billing latest (meralco bill,water bill,telephone bill under name of s.p.a/principal buyer)

9. latest income tax return (ITR)locally employed

10. residence certificate (cedula)latest photocopy 

11. birth certificate for single/marriage contract if married/for single parents w/ benificiaries of daughter and sons pls. bring cenomar from NSO

12. postdated checks for downpayment and monthly amortization
