c. Cash Deferred Payment - 24 Equal Monthly Payments NO Interest
Reservation Fee: PhP 20,000.00 Down payment: There is no down payment required. Amortization: There is no amortization. Cash deferred payment is considered as cash. Reservation fee is deducted from Total Contract Price. The balance will be divided into 24 monthly installment without interest.
