House Plan Design for OFW Abroad

For our fellow OFW clients who wants to build a house when come back but doesn t have enough time working on the designs while the're in the Philippines.

We understand that the house plans should be ready during their brief vacation and 

can be implemented to the soonest possible.

You can personally monitor the design and details of your house plan while you re 

staying abroad on your comfort time while preparing and completing your house 

design.

The process is simple.


Simply ask for Quotation for your House Type and Design. ( e.g. Two Storey, 150 sqm, Zen Type, Cavite )

Once we agreed on the price and if project is awarded.

Kindly send us the design, desired floor plan, and scanned or photocopy of your TCT / Title / Technical Description via email.

We will fit the floor plan on your Lot area, and make some adjustments.

The design will be send via email and return with corresponding comments / suggestions by the client.

We will do the revisions until we finalized the design.

Once confirmed and all designs area corrected, we will print the House Plan on 20" x 30" Blue Print size paper, with Sign and seal, Bill of materials, and tech specs.

Have your representative, to pick up the plan in our office or you personally visit our office in Quezon City upon arriving on our country. Or we will send the House Plan to your Province via LBC

All are signed and sealed by our engineers & architect
Lot plan, Vicinity/Location map and deed of restrictions from the developer/

building permit and bank/pag-ibig loan
