FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
1. We would like to build our house but we need the financing. Can you help us on this? How? Yes, we can help you with the financing. We can help you with the processing of Pag-IBIG Housing Loan or any Bank Loan. 
2. How much is the construction cost? The Construction Cost is usually between Php15,000 to Php25,000 per square meter depending on the materials that you want to use.
3. How much is the Cost for the Design? The Design is FREE of charge.
4. How much is the Cost for the Plans and Construction Permits? These are actual cost incurred during the submission of documents to the various offices such as your Homeowners' Association, Barangay Office, Local Zoning Office, and City Engineering Office. You would need to budget around Php50,000 to Php75,000 for this.
5. How long does it take to construct the house? A typical 100 square meters house would take between 2 to 4 months (weather and other fortuitous events not included)
6. For Pag-IBIG housing loan borrowers, how many months should we have contributed to Pag-IBIG in order to qualify for housing loan? You need to have contributed at least in the 12 months preceding the application date.
7. Can you help us with the processing of documents? Yes, we work with the client in all the stages of the documentation.
8. Do you accept renovation projects? Yes, we do accept renovation projects.
9. Do you charge for any fee for an inspection of the construction site? No, we do not charge for the inspection of the construction site. Before you set a schedule for the inspection, it would be best that we pre-qualify your project so that no unnecessary wastage of resources is incurred in this process.
10. What locations are you accepting a construction project?
We accept projects in Metro Manila, Antipolo, Taytay, Cavite, and Bulacan.
