There are only very few exercisers available for the hands and they include the handgrip exerciser and squeeze ball. However, a squeeze ball may not have enough resistance unless talagang mahinang mahina ang kamay nyo dahil sa stroke or accident. So your best option talaga is a hand exerciser.

Pag meetup naman sa Cubao lang po preferably, please add P100 for meet-up fee (our fare to and from Cubao is P100. We are from Rizal but if you happen to live close to us, particularly if you're from San Mateo or Montalban, you might as well just pick it up from here so you don't have to pay the meetup fee. 2. Text us at 09154799805 or 09332393936 or call 02-6959239 to arrange for a meetup or for payment pag delivery. We'll give you our payment details if you prefer delivery, then alert us once you've made the payment and we'll check it online right away. Text also your complete name and adress for the delivery of the item.

3. Wait for the item to arrive, 1 to 3 days if you're outside Metro Manila, 1 day if you're from MM. Door to door po, straight to your house idedeliver. For meetups, please respect our appointed time.
