The INCA GREASE TRAP system is based on the floating filtration of household kitchen fats, oils, and grease (FOG) separated from water. A collection chamber is combined with a filter chamber in one central treatment GREASE TRAP System. In this system, no mechanical parts are used to guarantee the function of the Grease Trap. No electric power is necessary to operate the Grease Trap. Regular manual removal of the accumulated grease in the filter chamber is the only service work required.
