CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS: 

Gramercy reaches 42nd storey on June 15 2010 

Construction of The Gramercy Residences continues to be on schedule with works reaching the building’s 44th storey, or almost two-thirds of the residential tower’s entire structure as of June 15. 

Formworks and rebar installation have reached 90 percent of its completion at the 40thfloor. 

Roughing-ins for electrical and pipe sleeves for fire protection and sanitary lines have been installed as structural works progress.
