DAY 1-2

It is but fitting to say that all roads lead to Rome as you mark your first European city off the map. The Eternal City, as it is fondly nicknamed, walls the sovereign city state of Vatican. After having your breakfast, you are to visit Vatican Museum and Sistine Chapel, which are among the greatest museums in the world, priding itself in having cosmic collections of the Catholic Church. It also houses masterpieces which were dominant during the Renaissance Era. Then walk to the most visited places in Rome–St. Peter’s Basilica and its Square. Regarded as one of the holiest sites in the world, St. Peter’s Basilica is a grand renaissance church designed by avant-garde artists–Bramante, Michelangelo, Maderno and Bernini.

DAY 3

See the cascading glory of Rome complementing its rich history when you go to Trevi Fountain and Colosseo. If you still got the energy, hike the Spanish Steps and spend the rest of the day shopping.
