IMPORTANT NOTES
1. Access numbers may be changed with prior notice.
2. RQLOAD may use a dedicated sender number as system console for advisories and confirmation messages. The sender number
can be changed anytime WITHOUT prior notice.
3. RQLOAD operates from 6 am to 9 pm only. Outside these times the system may be offline or in maintenance mode.
4. Only the operator can activate dealers.
5. Dealers cannot activate other dealers. This is not a networking system.
6. There is no limit on the number of retailers activated by dealers, but retailer activations can be blocked if the dealer activates too many
retailers without transactions.
7. Retailers cannot activate other retailers. This is not a networking system.
8. DO NOT use special characters (tab, newline, smiley, etc) when sending load requests, these cannot be processed properly.
9. DO NOT communicate with the access numbers or system console number. These actions interfere with the smooth operation of the system.
10, Retailer activation is FREE. Dealers who are found to be charging for activation will be expelled from the system.
11. An additional debit of P1 is charged against your load wallet balance for Smart and Globe transactions below P30.
FAQ
Q. I send a load request but RQLOAD does not reply
A. 1. System may be offline if you send your request outside operating hours.
2. You may have sent in invalid keyword. RQL0AD, RQLAOD, RQ LOAD are typical invalid keywords.
3. Your request was processed but the confirmation was lost.
Q. I send a load wallet balance inquiry but RQLOAD does not reply.
A. 1. System may be offline if you send your request outside operating hours.
2. You may have sent in invalid keyword. RQBAL, RQ BAL, RQLOAD BAL are typical invalid keywords.
3. Your request was processed but the reply was lost.
Q, Repeat transactions with same cellno and product code allowed only after 30 min
A. This is a protection mechanism to guard against multiple loading to your customer.
If we receive 2 or more requests due to network or phone glitch, we process only the first one.
To avoid 30 min rule, request a different amount.
Q. I sent a load request at 11 pm, it was not processed.
A. RQLOAD is offline during that time, when system becomes online at 6 am the following day, it does not process yesterday's requests.
Q. I sent a load request at 1 am, I received confirmation at 6 am.
A. RQLOAD is offline at 1 am, when system becomes online at 6 am, it will process any requests for the day.
Q. Some requests get confirmation at once, others are delayed.
A. Network performance varies from one telco to another. Smart and Sun confirmations should arrive in 1 min or less.
Globe confirmations should arrive in 10 MINUTES or less, but sometimes more. Unfortunately, RQLOAD cannot do anything to improve Globe performance.
Q. I sent a load request but the system replied that I used an invalid product code.
A. Check the product code list carefully.
Typical mistakes: I20 instead of L20, T0D0IDD50 instead of TODOIDD50
Some product codes do not have complete support so they are listed but not yet processed as valid.
