When I had started pole fitness two years ago I had to most difficult time maintaining my grip. I sweat excessivly and even went to the doctors and was prescribed a medication. Even with this medication I was unable to stay on the pole or perform simple spins without slipping. I found dry hands and it turned out to be exactally what I needed. I still have to apply it every 10min or so but my performance has never been better. The final cure to my sweating problem was using Dry Hands and a gymnastics/rock climbing grip powdertogether. Now I never have to worry about hurting myself from slippage again :)

We recently moved from MI (low humidity in summer months) to SC (unreal humidity). I stopped wearing a golf glove in MI because it just made my hand feel too hot. Well, after playing in SC my hands just get sweaty from all the humidity and gripping the golf club is a challenge.
I did a little research online and learned this was discovered by a golfer so I decided to give it a try. Well, this little bottle is magical! My hands stay dry, not tacky, throughout the round. Just be sure your hands are clean and dry before you use it or it will not last as long. Also, remember if you grab a wet water bottle or towel and then wipe your hands dry to grab the club, you may have to reapply a drop. Just make sure your hands are clean.
This stuff is great! Highly recommend it.

I have the most clammy hands. When I spin, I slide a little downward... My grip doing inverts and climbs become loose because I sweat so much. My body doesn't really sweat but my hands... I can spray water with my hands.
I use this like washing hands. It works well on gripping, but because I sweat so much, I have to use it more often. One bottle lasts me about a month (doing pole twice a week and practice at home once in awhile). It can last longer if you don't sweat as much.
I love this product. I use it a lot and has gone through so many bottles. I recommend it for people who pole dance or want to pole dance.my teachers use it all the time.

I use this for pole dance classes, and it works well when other products failed. Better than "Mighty Grip", this stuff makes your hand feel a little tacky and dry, allowing you to strain less while holding to the pole. Expensive? A little. But there aren't many great alternatives in price or quality out there (that I know of), so I'll probably keep coming here for more when I run out. It seems to last a while, provided the pole is wiped down periodically (sweat and body oils). Good product!

My pole instructor gave me her almost empty bottle of Dry Hands to try. As soon as I got home after class I ordered my own. This product is amazing. You'll be able to do climbs, spins and other tricks you weren't able to do before due to sweaty and slippery hands. You'll be surprised! Only downside for me: Sometimes your hands get too dry to do certain spins. Only use one tiny drop and you'll be fine.

I shake the bottle and put 3-4 drops on my hands, rub them together, and I'm good to lift. Certainly improves my grip and is 0 mess. Highly recommended.

I live in hot, humid Florida. I play a lot of golf. I have not worn a golf glove in years because of Dry Hands. A drop or two does it. Within thirty seconds, your hands are dry and the golf grip is assured.
It is not a cheap product but when compared to the cost and short life span of a golf glove,especially in humid climes, it is a real buy! Try it. You won't be sorry.

As a married woman, I try to please my husband in every way. So I took pole dance classes. My husband absolutely supports me, he is thinking to install a pole at home. Using this product really enhances my performance in class. I recommend using only a drop each time. Although the bottle is so tiny, and arrives only half full, I think since a little goes a long way, it will lasts for 50 pole classes.

I lost a close USTA flex match the other day after having a hard time holding on to my racket. The heat was in the 90s and the humidity was almost unbearable.
I sweat A LOT! So I have tried numerous over grips to try to solve the slipping wet racket handle problem. Nothing worked until I poured this magic elixir on my sweaty hands. This stuff makes everything you touch dryer than Death Valley. It dries your hands out and leaves a fine layer of silica which creates a very tacky and dry feeling. It almost works too good, as I was starting to get a blister last night. But I think I just used too much the first go around.
This has allowed me to relax on serve. I actually threw my racket the last two matches I had. Now I can loosen my grip and really go for my serves with confidence.
The price is about half of the stuff made by the racket company formerly know as Prince.

I've purchased this several times because it's so wonderful! It works great to help you get grip. I use it in a pole fitness class and a little goes a long way. You put a tiny drop (liquid) onto your palms and rub it in and it will leave a chalk like grip to your hands. Great product.

Slippery poles are dangerous and ever present. I love a product called firm grip for difficult tricks , but I cannot spin with it on my hands. This product keeps me spinning and it's so easy to wash off. (Firm Grip is NOT EASY TO WASH OFF). I go through bottles like this within 10 days. Need to buy stock, lol!

I do pole fitness and my hands always gets sweaty over a period of time, but this remove any source of mositure so I can grip the pole better. It also is good to put LIGHTLY on other areas that helps you to stay on the pole withous sliding (ie. inside of thighs)

LOVE IT!! This stuff works like a champ if you have sweaty palms and does not leave a sticky residue like ITAC or firm grip do. Which means your skin won't get stuck and then burned after the fact. Also you can use it on the insides of your legs if you are into pole fitness.

Follow the directions and you will be happy. I use this stuff for playing disc golf. As long as your equipment is fairly clean, and your hands are clean before applying, the result is a very nice dry grip.

Worked great. You do not need to use a lot of it either. The one thing I like about it is it comes off your skin onto the pole so you do not have to keep re-applying it because it is on your pole.
