MAGNESIUM AND CALCIUM

Natural Fertilizer

D  O  L  O  M  I  T  E (AGRIDOL)

Dolomite is a naturally occurring mineral containing Magnesium and Calcium forming as the necessary Secondary Nutrients for the soil to dramatically increase the yields of all plants. It will prevent formation of methane gas in rice paddies, thus helping avert global warming and climate change.

ANALYSIS

Magnesium Oxide (MgO)    18.50%                                    Phosphorous Pentoxide (P?O5)             .03%

   Calcium Oxide (CaO)          34.50%                                    Sulphur (S)                                             .02%

   Silicon Dioxide (SiO?)               .74%                                    Moisture (H?O)                                     5.50%

   Ferric Oxide (Fe?O?)                 .13%                                    pH                                                        9.90%

Aluminum Oxide(Al?O?)           .13%                                    Relative Neutralizing Value (RNV)         99.98%

Dolomite is now made available in 50 kg. bags for the farmers in the Philippines, Asian countries and the rest of the world. Agriculture grade dolomite is produced under the One Town, One Product(OTOP) Program. Government of the Philippines with the support of the Mine Owners, Dolomite Mining Service Corporation and Philippine Mining Service Corporation and with technical assistance from the Philippine’s Department of Trade and Industry(DTI), Department of Agriculture(DA), Department of Science and Technology(DOST) and the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR).

RICE FIELDS CREATE METHANE GAS

Which lead to

GLOBAL WARMING and CLIMATE CHANGE

“When Chemical fertilizers and decomposing rice stalks together with other organic matter are submerged in water in rice paddies, methane is created and emitted to the atmosphere”

“Methane is 20% of all greenhouse gas emissions but is 20 times stronger in trapping the heat in the earth’s atmosphere. Rice farming constitutes about 10% of methane gas emission”

-          Reiner Wassman

Expert- International Rice

Research Institute (IRRI)

Los Baños, Laguna, Philippines

Rice farmers in Asia and the whole world can help reduce methane gas emissions to avert global warming and climate change while increasing rice production by at least 50% in two (2) simple ways:

First. Reduce usage of Primary Nutrients (Chemical Fertilizers) by at least 25%.

Second. Use natural Secondary Nutrients (Magnesium and Calcium) found in Dolomite. The naturally combined Magnesium and Calcium has a Relative Neutralizing Value (RNV) of 99.98% which effectively prevent the formation of methane in rice paddies.

Twenty (20) bags (1Ton) of dolomite per hectare per year is enough to increase the yields of rice while protecting our environment.

“WISE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION FOR SUSTAINABLE RICE PRODUCT

THE MISSING LINK

In Agriculture

MAGNESIUM / CALCIUM AND SULPHUR

Farmer’s practice dictates that what dominates in every fertilization plan of a farm is the inputs of Primary Nutrients or the so called NPK – Nitrogen, Phosphorous and Potassium. A practice that led to almost depletion of nutrients and acidity of soils resulting to very low production.

What is often forgotten or neglected is the inputs of Magnesium, Calcium and Sulphur as the necessary Secondary nutrients, without which, effectivity of the Primary Nutrients is greatly reduced so that yield potentials of the lands are hardly achieved. Such is the case of Philippine Agriculture and perhaps with other countries.

Understanding The Plants’ Complete Need

Primary Nutrients                             Secondary Nutrients

                         N  Nitrogen                                            Magnesium

                         P  Phosphorous                                       Calcium

                         K Potassium                                            Sulphur

Micro-Nutrients                                 Essential Elements

                         Manganese                                            Sunlight

                         Molybdenum       Copper                       Water

                         Iron                      Zinc                                        Carbon Dioxide

                         Chloride              Boron

The Missing Link is now readily available in the form of Dolomite Soil Conditioner in its natural state. Dolomite contains 18.50% magnesium and 34.50% Calcium. Sulphur is found in the Amonium Sulphate fertilizer to complete the Secondary Nutrients.

A KEY

SOLUTION

TO LOW

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION

Restore the depleted Secondary Nutrients from our soils

Use

Magnesium and Calcium

Found In

DOLOMITE (AGRIDOL)

The natural Magnesium and Calcium found in Dolomite will effectively:

  • Maintain optimum pH level
  • Enable plants to fully utilize other nutrients from soil
  • Improve soil structure
  • Enhance photosynthesis
  • Strengthen plant cell walls
  • Enhance chlorophyll formation
  • Propel early vegetation growth and formation of starch and sugar

The cheapest, simplest and most environment-friendly way to increase production by at least 50% of the following crops:

Rice                 Sugarcane                   Cassava                       Vegetables                  Coconuts

Corn                Banana                        Pineapple                    Fruit Trees                   Oil Palm
