STT-100S Digital Torque Tester

 

The cap closing and opening force of the bottled products is an important controls parameter in the manufacturing technique. Whether the torque value is appropriate has great effect to the delivery and consumers. If the torque value is too small, leakage may occur, if the torque is too large, the consumers may hardly open it.

 

The CanNeed “STT-100 and STT-100S Digital Torque Tester” are specially designed for testing the cap closing and opening torque value of the bottled products. Its excellent performance makes it the industrial standard.

 

Testing: Place the sample on the chunk clamp, the clamp was connected to a high accuracy torque sensor, by turning the cap open or close, the torque sensor will measure and obtain the corresponding torque value.
