Description:
- A TDS Meter indicates the Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) of a solution, i.e. the concentration of dissolved solids in it. Since dissolved ionized solids such as salts and minerals increase the conductivity of a solution, a TDS meter measures the conductivity of the solution and estimates the TDS from that.
- Dissolved organic solids such as sugar and microscopic solid particles such as colloids, do not significantly affect the conductivity of a solution so a TDS meter does not include them in its reading.

- Remove the protective cap
- Turn the meter on by pressing the ON key
- Immerse the electrode in the solution to be tested
- Stir gently and wait for the reading to stabilize
- After use, turn the meter off by pressing the OFF key. Rinse the electrode with distilled water to minimize contamination.
- Replace the protective cap after use.
- Stir gently the meter when using. Don't let some bleb on the electrode.
- For guarantee the measure accuracy, please don't recalibrate it optionally.
- In case of abnormal phenomena such as high measured deviation, blinking measured calue, no zero resetting,etc, please immerse the electrode in alcohol for cleaning.
