+ Copy of latest bank statement (CA/SA) for at least 3 months or list of clients
+ Proof of Billing

Interest Rate (Add-on): 1.5% (for dentists and vets)

Processing Fee:
+ Metro Manila: 5% + P150
+ Province: 5% + P200

Terms: 3 to 24 months
