If you need a Designers/ Drafters for your Condo unit, we would like to offer our Services
As we all know Condo Real estates Renovation package are expensive.
Before moving in to your unit, they require you to submit a Floor Plan Orientation if you want to change or add something to your unit. 

We are here to Design your empty condo unit wtih your desired floor orientation and follow condominium given guidelines.


ARCHITECTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL
1. CAD drafting & 3D design (complete set for Building Permit or In-house purposes)

Floor Plans 
Elevations
Sections and other architectural details necessary
Electrical Plans
Plumbing Plans
Mechanical Plans

2. Cost estimate and materials specifications
3. Construction management or straight contract from design to project turn over. (OPTIONAL)
SIGN AND SEAL OF PLANS
All plans and documents are Signed & Sealed by licensed Architects and Engineers.

WE ALSO OFFER SIGN AND SEAL OF CONDO PLANS

Mechanical Plans - ( Air con & Fire sprinkler etc.) - 1,000 per Sheet

Electrical Plans - ( Lighting, Wiring, Switch, etc.)- 1,000 per Sheet
Plumbing Plans - ( Pipes, Drainage, Toilet etc.) - 1,000 per Sheet
Architectural Plans - ( Floor plans, Partitions, Elevations etc.) - 1,000 per Sheet
