Do you already have an established database of potential clients? Your role will be to handle the sales process from start to finish, ensuring that your client will be well cared for. We have an excellent incentive program, so we strongly encourage our agents to be creative to find property buyers and investors!

So who would be our ideal candidate? Someone with good marketing mind who will thrive in an agressive sales environment. Being independent, creative, and a "Go-Getter" are highly desirable. For the right person, we will train you to succeed.

What else must you have? A laptop with 24/7 internet access, cellular phone, good looks and the right positive outlook in life. But since you're already successful, you currently have all of that.

Plus Factor To Succeed:

• internet sales and internet advertising experience
• Recent outbound sales calling experience with a track record of making a minimum of 10 calls per day on average
• Thorough knowledge of a consultative or solutions based sales process comprised of prospecting, qualifying, presenting, trial closing, objection handling and closing
• Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals, client prospecting and big connections
• Familiarity with the real estate industry preferred
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Exceptional time management skills a must 
• Ability to strategically target lead sources 
• University degree considered an asset


Position Duties & Responsibilities:

• Achieve maximum sales through outbound calling and internet selling, while performing internet-based presentations and consistent customer follow-up
• Make quality outbound sales phone calls each day to qualified leads and/or existing customers
• Prioritize and target clients and prospects by potential for probability of success
• Continually upgrade product knowledge and acquire enhanced selling skills
• Stay abreast of competition, competitive issues, online and offline real estate projects and services
• Work collaboratively with other employees in sales, marketing, and documents department
