EXERCISING WITH THE BODY SLENDER:

1.Place on a flat surface. To protect the floor, place a mat under the Body Slender.
2.Adjust height of the Body Slender’s steps using the step height adjuster.
3.Click the red button to cycle through the following functions: steps per minute, step count, time, calories expended, and scan (which continuously cycles through all the above every 5 seconds).
4.First step on one foot plate, then the other, and begin stepping or swivelling motion.
5.Recommended session time: 15 minutes, or according to preference.
6.After use, click the button to turn off the LCD display.
