1) Can it be used on main roads or is it road legal?ATVS can not be used in EDSA,and other main roads,but if your main road is like boracay's or Bohol's or some other places with rough road, then it becomes the only option left unless u have a 4x4.

According to LTO. ATVS are allowed by the law to be used inside subdivisions,villages and bases. No plates needed. But if u live in an area with rough roads and the only vehicle that can be used to access the area (remote mountaineous areas,rough roads) then ATVScan be used.  Boracay and Bohol are 2 good examples of used as mode of transportation,tourist would want to explore the area more including some areas with rough roads, and this would be the best vehicle.nothing else.You will be more familiar with your place than we do, ideally for short neiborhood trips, to and from bayan, village clubhouse ride.
