OUR CONTRACT GROWING MECHANICS

1. We supply the Fruiting Bags on a 80-100% FULLY RAMIFIED STAGE after 60-70 days.
2. Substrate used ( SAW DUST ) only. Size 6” x 14” PP Bags.
3. TERMS – 50% downpayment Balance 50% Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. Minimum Number of Fruiting Bags: 5,000 pieces.
5. Mushroom House Space Requirements: 50-60 square meters
6. Materials – ORDINARY NATIVE – HOLLOW BLOCKS WITH INSULATION PANELS. we can give you designs.
7. MUSHROOM HOUSE BUDGET (P50,000.00 TO P150,000.00) depending on the materials used. (non-automated or automated fogging sprayers).
8. Average Yield per Fruit Bag: Minimum 500 grams –Maximum 650 grams (This will depend on the maintained humidity and Temperature).
9. Buying Rate: P400.00 to P500.00 per kilo (Fresh Harvest) P800.00 – P1,000.00 per kilo (DRIED).
10. EXPECTED YIELD for 5,000 Fruit Bags @ a minimum of 500 grams each- 2,500 Kilos FRESH HARVEST or 1,250 Kilos of DRIED HARVEST  in 6 months time (one cropping season)
11. 1,250 KILOS DRIED @ P800.00 CLASS B = P1,000,000.00 
12. 1,250 KILOS DRIED @ P1,000.00 CLASS A = P1,250,000.00
13. TOTAL INVESTMENT: P350,000.00 – P450,000.00
14. RETURN OF INVESTMENT: P600,000.00 TO P750,000.00
