Pwede ito gamitin kung yung output ng battery nyo ay 5volts lang, at yung device nyo ay 12v, gamitin nyo lang itong device na ito, iadjust nyo lang yung output sa 13v, so ang result, yung 5v battery eh magiging 13v na sya. Or kung yung battery nyo ay 12v tapos kailangan nyo ipower up yung  gadget nyo na 5v, pwede nyo rn itong gamitin.
