Architectural Design Service has different Phases

PROJECT DEFINITION AND SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE. Where the Architect will gather all the important and crucial details of the project, the site and location, vicinity, the budget, the needs and requirements of the client etc, gives advice and recommendation conforming to the code, laws, and regulations thereof.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE. Where the Architect will translate the data and information gathered from the preliminary briefing with the entire client s approval into architectural drawings.

CONTRACT DOCUMENT PHASE. Where the Architect will prepare and complete all the necessary contract documents and working drawings along with the other State-regulated building professionals involved needed for the Building Permit and Contractor Biddings.

CONSTRUCTION PHASE. Where Architect is the Prime lead in the interpretation of the working drawings and ensure that all the contract documents are executed accordingly
