Terms & Conditions

ü  Land Arrangement ONLY. Airfare/Land Transfers separate quotation depends on availability & date of travel.

ü  Check-In time is 2:00PM & Check-Out time is 12:00NN.

ü  All rates & space availability is subject to change without prior notice.

ü  Strictly No Cancellation or Amendments upon confirmation of booking.

ü  Under BOOK n’ BUY basis. Prior reservation is needed at least 20 working days prior to arrival.

ü  Rates quoted in PHP NETT. Peso payment only.

ü  Any unutilized inclusions of package are NON-REFUNDABLE. No show on booked dates will render services forfeited

ü  Not valid with any other promotions, super peak season (December 20-Janurary 2014) and holidays.

Force Majeure: Some equipment, facilities and activities may be temporarily unavailable due to sea and weather conditions, renovations and repair. The Hotel will not be held responsible for failure to execute obligations specified herein directly or indirectly occasioned by or through or in consequence or war, change of statues of the Philippine Government, strikes, riots and acts of God or conditions beyond the control of the Hotel.
