Mitsubishi Mirage G4 Pre-Order Exclusive Online Reservation

Clients who make a reservation payment of P10,000 from September 2 to October 16, 2013 for a Mitsubishi Mirage G4 are entitled to a P40,000 Pre-Order Exclusive introductory discount. This effectively reserves their unit and ensures priority delivery of their preferred color and variant when it becomes available. The P10,000 reservation fee will be deducted from the Suggested Retail Price.
After reserving the vehicle, the customer will receive a numbered coupon to be filled-up with the following details:

***Dealer's Official Receipt number
***Variant reserved
***Color reserved
***Dealer/Branch
***Sales Executive's name

The P40,000 Pre-Order Exclusive introductory discount will be automatically applied as markdown from the Suggested Retail Price upon purchase of the reserved Mirage G4, but process 4 and 5 must be completed to activate the discount.
Customers will only get the Pre-Order Exclusive and be eligible to participate in the raffle if they log on to www.mirageG4.ph on or before October 16, 2013.
The customer should then log on to: www.mirageG4.ph and should complete the online registration form on or before October 16, 2013 with the following details:

A message acknowledging their entry will appear on the screen as well as a confirmation email to be sent to the client's registered email address, as well as the selling dealer.
Reservation is transferable to immediate family members only (father, mother, brother, sister, husband, wife, son or daughter) and they should present valid ID's as support. Reservation fee is refundable.
Registered clients with units delivered on or before November 29, 2013 will automatically get one (1) electronic Raffle Entry for a chance to win a brand new Mitsubishi Mirage G4 GLX M/T.
Deadline of raffle entries will be on November 29, 2013 at 4PM.
The raffle draw will be on December 10, 2013 at 4PM at the Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation head office located at Ortigas Avenue Extension, Cainta Rizal.
The raffle draw will be conducted in the presence of a DTI Representative, Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation representative and Beginnings Communications Inc. representative.
One (1) raffle entry will be drawn. The winner will get one (1) Brand New Mitsubishi Mirage G4 GLX manual transmission.
Winner will shoulder any costs or charges for LTO registration, Insurance and Chattel Mortgage fees of the vehicle won. Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation will shoulder the twenty percent (20%) prize tax for prizes above P10,000.00.
Winner will be notified via registered mail and e-mail.
The winner shall be notified via phone and email.
To claim their prize, winner must present the proof of purchase (original Official Receipt), two (2) valid IDs (e.g. passport, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, etc.), and original copy of notification letter (acknowledgment email and registered mail).
Claiming of the raffle prize is within sixty (60) days from receipt of notification at the Mitsubishi Motors Philippines, Ortigas Avenue Ext., Cainta, Rizal, Philippines, from Mondays to Fridays between 9am to 5pm. Look for Mr. PJ Beltran and bring the notification letter and two (2) valid IDs (e.g. passport, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, etc.). Prizes not claimed 60 days from receipt of notification will be forfeited in favor of Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation with prior approval from DTI. If prize will be claimed through a representative, the representative should present an authorization letter and two (2) valid IDs (e.g. passport, driver's license, SSS, GSIS, etc.) of the winner and authorized representative and notification.
Provincial winners may choose to personally claim their prize at the Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation office, or they may opt to have it shipped upon request and upon presentation of the requirements for claiming the prize provided by Mitsubishi Motors Philippines. Shipping and handling costs will be shouldered by the winner.
Prizes are non-transferable and non-convertible to cash.
All employees of Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation, Beginnings Communications, Inc. and all employees of participating Mitsubishi dealers, including their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
