How does HotelproManager materialize your reservation?
**** Text your name, hotel name, email address,
check in and check out date to +639266378867
**** You shall receive a reply thru email regarding the room status of your booking
and the total room cost of your stay.
**** For advance booking of 6 days and above, the hotel voucher shall be send
to you in advance with a deadline to make payment and if payment is not receive,
the issued voucher shall be considered cancelled and void.
**** For last minute booking, 5 days and below, no amendment or cancellation
is allowed once the booking is confirmed.
Hotel voucher will only be issued after payment is made.
**** Print the Hotel Voucher and present it upon check in to hotel)
In some cases during peak season the hotels have a non refundable and
non cancellation policy once booking is confirmed.
This will be advised during coordination.

Collection of voucher and Payment:
**** In most cases the voucher shall be send as attachment thru your
email address as it is the most convenience to download the voucher
and present on the date of your check in.
Payment deposit into our local bank account
within 72 hours after the issuing of the voucher.
**** You can opt for delivery of the voucher with cash payment at your residence
or office (metro manila only) at an additional charge of Php250 per trip.
Time and Place shall be coordinated.
**** For same day reservation and weekend reservation
Guest can collect their voucher with cash payment at these Centers,
Ortigas Center, Antipolo Lores and Cebu Airport Waterfront Hotel.
